为解决现有金属板材数控渐进反向成形中板材件深度过大、挤压工具长度不足、支撑坯料的厚度不够以及挤压工具与工件干涉等问题,提出了一种根据板材件深度、挤压工具长度、支撑坯料的厚度以及挤压工具与工件干涉等情况、将待成形件模型和支撑模分区后分阶段成形的方法。给出了分区分阶段成形工艺方案,利用数字模拟分析了该工艺方案的可行性,并通过分区分阶段成形实验,实际制作了钣金件。研究结果表明,分区分阶段成形方式可应用于钣金件的制作。
In order to overcome the issues in the CNC incremental negative forming such as extreme depth of the part, insufficient length of pressing tool, thin thickness of the support part, and interference between pressing tool and sheet, a sectioning and staging forming method was proposed, which forms the sheet metal part by sectioning the sheet metal part model with the support part. At the same time, the sectioning and staging forming process was given. The feasibility of the method was analyzed by digital simulation, and a practical sheet metal part was fabricated through the forming experiment. The results show that the sectioning and staging forming technology can be applied in the fabrication of sheet metal parts.
