中频逆变器和工频逆变器相比,在一个采样周期内采样点少了8倍,系统静差就很难消除。为了消除系统静差和克服参数不确定对系统性能的影响,针对400 Hz中频逆变器的特点,首先在建立系统数学模型的基础上,把负载和输出变压器漏感参数作为不确定因素,并基于H∞混合灵敏度方法设计了鲁棒控制器;然后,对整个系统的稳定性进行了分析,并设计了一台10kW试验样机;最后,通过软件和样机对系统进行了仿真和相关实验,仿真和实验结果表明:所设计的控制器能够使系统有很好的动静态性能和鲁棒性。
In view of the characteristics of 400 Hz medium frequency inverter,the load and the output transformer leakage inductance are taken as uncertain factors on the basis of the establishment of the system model and a robust controller is designed based on the mixed sensitivity method.An analysis of the stability of the whole system is made and a 10 kW experimental prototype is designed.Simulations and experiments are carried out on the system with software and the prototype.The simulation and experimental results show that the system maintains good robustness and dynamic performance with the designed controller.
