In security scenarios, most of the sensor systems （video, infrared, smoke sensor） can only achieve simple single data acquisition and processing. A mobile monitoring system based on video analysis and multi-sensor fusion is proposed with car as a carrier. The collected video is analyzed and processed with proposed algorithms （including the background- difference-based the intrusion detection algorithm and the improved TLD algorithm）. With collaborative monitoring from multi-sensor, it can achieve intrusion detection, mobile tracking and monitoring.Experiments show that the system can realize the real intelligence security and user friendly interaction
