英文摘要：

The purpose of the paper is that the ideology of the compensatory distribution of opportunities has been introduced to construct the transfer pricing model for agricultural land deplete beneficially. Methods include the WBS method was employed to identify the opportunity to gain depleted in the whole process of agricultural land circulation. Results show that the Normal Cloud Model has been established, as a basis tbr the valuation of agricul- tural land. It is concluded that the loss of opportunities of landless peasants should be translated into the compensa- tion value of the current agricultural land pricing, in order to adapt the background of accelerating urbanization, which the resulting adjustments of social patterns are being undergone profoundly in China, And to resolve a real problem of how the imbalance of social opportunity allocation patterns is corrected timely and effectively.
