为了寻找番茄灰霉病的高效生防菌,从感染灰霉病的番茄大田土壤中,筛选出一株对灰霉病有较强拮抗能力的细菌Bacillus-1,对番茄体外和体内实验发现,Bacillus-1对番茄灰霉病发病率的抑制率达到83%。经过形态特征、生理生化特性鉴定和16S rRNA基因序列分析,初步确定为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)。该高效拮抗菌的分离为番茄灰霉病的生物防治及其防治机理的研究奠定了基础。
Botrytis cinerea is one of the most important limiting factors for tomato production. This work was to evaluate the possibility of exploiting antagonistic bacteria in the biological control of tomato grey mould. The antagonistic bacterium was isolated from rhizospheric soils around distinct tomato diseased (Botrytis cinerea) plants. Antagonistic bacteria B- 1 is proved to be efficacious against Botrytis cinerea in both in vitro and in vivo experiments, and its inhibition rate is up to 83%. Through morphological observation, physiological and biochemical characteristics and analysis of 16S rRNA gene sequence, It is initially identified as Bacillus subtilis. This work will lay foundation for the biological control of tomato Botrytis cinerea.
