水平井三维轨道设计是以方位角、井斜角为状态变量,以曲线半径、装置角、曲线段长为控制变量,以入靶精度等为性能指标的非线性多阶段最优控制系统。针对该系统多峰的特点,本文提出一种改进的GA,该算法通过引进个体相似性来保持群体的多样性;通过定义的梯度算子生成新的个体来加速算法的收敛。将该算法用于辽河油田多口水平井的优化设计,数值结果表明了算法的正确性、有效性。
The design of the 3-dimensional trajectory in horizontal wells is an optimal control system where the state variables are azimuth, inclination and the control variables are radius, tool-face angle and length of curve. Considering the multi-peak property of the system, an improved GA is constructed. The definition of individuals' similarity is introduced to keep the population's diversity. To make the algorithm converge quickly, the new individual is generated by the defined gradient operator. The algorithm has been applied to the optimal design of several wells in the Oil Field of Liaohe, and the results show its validity and advantages.
