以企业产品质量管控体系建设的影响因素及作用机制作为研究对象，采用质化研究与量化研究相结合的方法。在质化研究中，采用扎根理论探求了企业产品质量管控体系建立所涉及的主要因素，发现在政府与企业2个层面上的投入是建立企业产品质量管控体系的关键的因素。在此基础之上，从资源导向视角阐述了产品质量管控体系建设的影响因素以及作用方式。在量化研究部分，通过问卷调查收集数据检理论模型，为产品质量管控体系理论提供了实证基础。通过路径分析发现，在政府层面与企业层面的经济投入与刺激是企业建立产品质量管控体系的重要因素，尤其是对那些以客户为导向的产品质量管控体系建设具有十分重要的影响作用。

英文摘要：

This study focuses on the factors of company quality management and control system building and its mechanism. The paper used qualitative research method and quantitative method. In qualitative research, authors collected interview materials and used grounded theory to explore the factors of company management and control system. We found that factors from company inside and government outside are very important to build up company quality management and control system. In the quantitative research, in order to test the theory researchers found in quality section, authors used data collection method to test the validity of our quantitative finding. By path analy-sis, researchers found the investment at company level and local government level are key factors to build up com- pany quality management and control system, especially in customer orientation quality management and control system.
