将有源X型电感网络替换基本直流变换器中的二极管电感网络或者电感,并引入极性反转逆变桥可以推演出一族电流型多电平逆变器.在此基础上叠代使用X型电感网络替换该族逆变器中X电感网络的电感即可拓展为N电平逆变器.所提出的多电平逆变器不仅具有电流型逆变器的性质,而且继承了拓展源直流变换器的部分基本特性,丰富了电流型多电平逆变器的构造方法.在不增加直流侧器件电流应力的情况下实现输出电流多电平,同时减小输出电流谐波.电感电流具有自均流能力.该文给出了拓扑的推演过程,详细分析拓扑的工作原理,并通过仿真和实验验证了理论分析的正确性.
A family of current-source multilevel inverters can be derived by replacing the inductor-diode network or inductor of basic DC-DC converter with the active X-shaped inductor network and polarity reversal inverter bridge. On the basis of it, using iteratively X type inductor network to replace the inductor of X inductor network in inverter which can be extended to N-level inverter. The proposed multilevel inverter not only has the nature of current-mode inverter, but also inherits some basic characteristics of the extended source DC-DC converter, enriches the construction method of current type multilevel inverter. The multilevel of output current can be realized without increasing the DC-side device current stress, and the harmonics of output current can be reduced. The inductor current has self-current capability. The deduction process of the topology is given, and the working principle of the topology is analyzed in detail, and the correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified by simulation and experiment.
