提出一种新的基于小波变换的SAR(Synthetic Aperture Radar)相干斑去噪方法。利用二级小波分解得到的小波系数子带HL、LH和HH,判断对应点边缘方向性的强弱,并通过设定值确定该点是否位于边缘,在最大限度保护图像边缘信息和纹理信息不被破坏的同时,有效去除了图像噪声,并且计算简单、高效。通过仿真实验,从平滑指数和边缘保持指数这两个评价指标来看,所提出方法的实验结果比现有的其他方法更好一些。
A new method of synthetic aperture radar( SAR) image speckle noise reduction based on wavelet transform is proposed by using the two-level wavelet decomposition to obtain the sub-band wavelet coefficients HL,LH and HH,which can be used to determine the strength of the corresponding edge direction. By setting the threshold,it is able to determine whether a point is located on the edge or not. The proposed method effectively suppresses speckle noise,while better preserving the edge and texture information of the SAR image. It has the advantages of simple calculation and high efficiency. Through the simulation experiment,it can be seen from the smoothing index and edge keeping index that the proposed method presents better experimental results than other existing methods.
