桩基冻拔是高寒地区常见的建筑物病害,冻胀问题严重困扰着高寒地区的地基上轻型混凝土结构短桩基础的应用。研究其冻拔位移发展规律,把握冻拔发展的原因及其作用程度的轻重,制定有效的工程防治措施,防止冻拔位移对结构造成安全上和使用上的不良影响。对出现冻拨的桩基础,及时地采取补救措施可延长工程使用寿命。在介绍短桩的概念及冻拔原因和破坏形式,通过对桩基抗冻拔计算阐述了桩基础施工过程中抗冻拔措施以及冻拔的补救措施,并应用于工程实践。
Pile foundation uplift is a common building disease in cold soil areas, frost heaving problem serious affect application of light concrete short pile foundation in cold soil areas. We study on frost uplift displacement law of development, know about the reason of frost uplift of development and the function, set down effective engineering measures to prevent that frost uplift displacement cause structure of safe and use harmful effect. When pile foundation emerge frost uplift, we duly take the remedy measure to prolong the working life of engineering. The paper presents the concept of short pile and the reason and damage form of frost uplift. The paper also set forth frost - resistant uplift measure and the remedy measure of frost uplift by calculation of pile in the course of pile foundation construction, and applied to engineering practice.
