为促进真丝接枝改性技术的实用化,研究了以水作介质,以甲基丙烯酸二甲氨乙酯为单体,采用原子转移自由基聚合(ATRP)法制备接枝改性真丝的工艺条件。反应温度80℃、反应液pH8、单体浓度0.225mol/L、催化体系五甲基二乙烯三胺与CuBr的摩尔比为2:1、催化剂CuBr浓度0.24mmol/L、反应时间1h对真丝的接枝改性效果较好。接枝改性后真丝的强度略有下降,但白度及回潮率基本没有变化,并且以水为介质应用ATRP法接枝改性真丝可减少对环境的污染。
A novel silk grafting modification method was investigated in this paper. The modified silk was prepared using dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate (DMAEMA) as monomer in water medium via atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP). The effect of reaction temperature, time and monomer concentration on the grafting was tested and the optimum grafting conditions was obtained. The reaction temperature was 80℃, reaction pH value was 8, monomer concentratiaon was 0.225 mol/L, mole ratio of PMDETA and CuBr was 2.1, catalyst dosage was 0.24 mmol/L and reaction time was 1h. The mechanical properties, whiteness and moisture regain of the untreated and grafted silk were measured. The results indicated that the strength of the grafted silk decreased slightly, Grafting has no effect on the whiteness and moisture regain of silk. The silk was modified by using water as medium in ATRP grafted method, resulted in less enviromental pollution.
