采用高效液相二极管阵列检测法同时测定3种复方丹参制剂中的7个成分:原儿茶醛、丹酚酸B、丹参酮ⅡA、隐丹参酮、三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1和人参皂苷Rb1。应用Zorbax C18柱,以0.1%磷酸水溶液和乙腈为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1mL/min(22—28min,0.8mL/min),柱温30%,检测波长加3、270和281nm。7个成分的峰面积与浓度的线性关系良好(r〉0.9992);加样回收率为94.4%~104.9%。该方法简单、准确、重现性好,可为全面评价复方丹参制剂的质量提供依据。
A high performance liquid chromatographic method with diode array detection was established for simultaneous determination of seven active compounds in three kinds of Fufang Danshen preparations. These seven compounds were analyzed simultaneously with a Zorbax C,s column by gradient elution using 0.1% (V/V) phosphoric acid-acetonitrile as the mobile phase, the column was maintained at 30℃, the flow rate was 1 mL/min(22 -28 min, 0.8 mL/min) , the detection wavelength was set at 203 nm, 270 nm and 281 nm. All the compounds showed good linearity ( r 〉 0.9992) in the range of the test concentration, the average recoveries of the method were between 94.4% and 104.9%. The validated method has the advantages of simplicity, precision and reliability, allowing its intrinsic quality control of Fufang Danshen preparations.
