T型连接的力学性能在半钢性节点中集中体现为梁端板或柱翼缘的抗弯性能以及螺栓的抗拉性能。为了研究螺栓的抗弯性能在T型连接力学性能中的贡献,设计了10组不同尺寸的T型连接并进行单调加载试验,并依据有限元模拟分析,推导出基于螺栓抗弯性能的T型连接模型的抗拉刚度计算式。研究结果表明:螺栓的抗弯性能在T型件的刚度分析中是不可忽略的;半刚性节点中反映柱翼缘和梁端板的弹簧组件可以由T型件中具有抗弯特性的翼缘板进行等效;T型件在整个有效宽度范围内是全截面共同发挥作用的,这样在简化成等效的半固支梁进行力学分析时才可以应用平截面假定。
The mechanical properties of T-stub model could reflect the bending capacity of beam end-plate or column flange and the tensile capacity of bolt in semi-rigid joints.In order to study the mechanical contribution of bending in Tstub for bolt,ten groups of T-stub with different sizes were designed in the paper and monotonic loading was conducted.According to accurate finite element analysis,the initial tensile stiffness of T-stub considering the bending capacity of bolt was deduced.The study showed that the effect of bolts on bending capacity could not be ignored during the stiffness analysis of T-stub.The spring elements of semi-rigid joint,representing the column flange and beam end-plate,could be equivalent to T-stub flange with bending capacity.T-stub model within the scope of the effective width worked together in full cross-section,so plane cross-section assumption could be applied to the mechanical analysis of equivalent semi-fixed beams.
