对国际参考电离层源程序的构成及功能进行了阐述,并基于源程序编写接口程序实现了电离层电子密度等参数的批量计算。将国际参考电离层用于电离层电子密度特征分析,能够较好地反映电离层电子密度随时问的变化规律,对于赤道异常和冬季异常能够明晰地表达,用于计算中纬地区TEC的可靠性较高。同时,分析了在不同纬度、不同地磁条件下国际参考电离层模型值与数字测高仪实测数据的差异,为国际参考电离层在中国区域电离层的应用提供了一定的参考依据。
The latest version of international reference ionosphere, updating contents and data sources are in- troduced. The construction and functions of international reference ionosphere source program is elaborated. Inter- face routine based on source program is achieved for computing ionosphere electron density and other parameters. By use of international reference ionosphere for the features of ionosphere electron density. It is able to express electron density' s variation with time, equatorial anomaly and winter anomaly. It' s highly reliable for computing TEC of middle latitude area. Also, discrepancies between international reference ionosphere model value and data of digital ionosondes are analyzed on different latitude and different geomagnetic conditions which can provide reference for application of international reference ionosphere in China regional ionosphere.
