目的探讨血清胱抑素C在糖尿病合并慢性心力衰竭患者中与心室重构的相关性。方法选取2015年1月—2016年1月齐齐哈尔医学院附属第二医院心血管内科收治的糖尿病慢性心力衰竭患者71例作为研究对象,根据血清胱抑素高低分成升高组和正常组。结果血清胱抑素C水平升高组和正常组的心力衰竭患者年龄组成、性别比例、血糖差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,两组患者左室射血分数差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论糖尿病慢性心力衰竭患者血清胱抑素C与左心室重构密切相关,参与了心衰的发生,可以通过血清胱抑素C水平评估慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能,从而可以早期进行治疗,改善心衰患者的预后。

Objective The correlation of serum cystatin C in patients with diabetic chronic heart failure and ventricular remodeling is investigated. Methods From January 2015 to January2016, 71 cases of diabetic chronic heart failure were selected from the department of Cardiology, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical School,according to the level of serum cystatin into increased group and normal group. Results The composition, the sex ratio serum of cystatin C levels in patients with congestive heart failure group and normal group, there were no significant differences in age sex ratio（P〈0.05）,the two groups were statistically significant differences in left ventricular ejection fraction（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The serum cystatin C in patients with diabetic chronic heart failure with left ventricular remodeling is closely related in heart failure,the levels of serum cystatin C in evaluating cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure, and early treatment, improve the prognosis of patients with heart failure.
