以废旧泡沫塑料(PS,发泡聚苯乙烯塑料)为原料,经水化、磺化等工艺处理,得到了具有分散和减水功能的聚苯乙烯磺酸钠(SPS);研究了磺化温度、磺化剂用量、反应时间等对磺化度的影响,探讨了不同磺化工艺对水泥净浆流动度和水泥抗压强度的影响;并尝试以SPS作为水泥助磨剂,研究了对水泥颗粒分布及水泥物化性能的影响。研究表明:SPS作为水泥的添加剂,具有一定的助磨及缓凝作用,同时可以提高水泥各龄期的抗压强度。SPS以废旧泡沫塑料为原料,可以有效降低成本并且保护环境,具有良好的经济效益。
Poly sodium styrene sulfonate (SPS) was synthesized with waste polystyrene by hydration and sulfonation process.The effect of sulfonation temperature, the amount of sulfonating agent and reaction time was studied.The influence of sulfonation process on fluidity of cement paste and cement compressive strength was also investigated.As grinding aids of cement, and the fineness of cement was reduced significantly and the distributions of particle size were optimized.The performance of SPS on the quality of cements was also showed.As cement adittives the SPS had the effect of retarding and it could increase the compressive strength of different ages.Considering the raw material of SPS was scrap foam,it not only solved the problem of environment pollution, but also had great economical values.
