The existence of solutions for fractional integral-differential equations with nonlocal initial conditions was discussed. Under more general conditions of non-compact measure and growth, the existence result of solutions were obtained by utilizing a new estimation technique for the measure of noncompactness and a new fixed point theorem with respect to convex power condensing operator.
