通过类比被困人员生存概率函数的定义引进了应急物资的时间满意度函数,结合传统的点对点运输模式和中转运输模式,将应急物资分批送达数量作为送达时间满意度的赋权来定义总体满意度,建立了基于时间满意度的应急物资中转运输模型,模型结合了应急物资运输过程中数量和时间这2个重要因素,对于合理安排应急物资的运输、提高总体时间满意度具有现实的意义。通过分析模型的特点设计了一种嵌入迭代线性规划的启发式模拟退火算法进行求解。最后,通过算例验证了该模型与算法的有效性。
A time satisfaction function is introduced to build the transshipment model for emergency materials, combining the traditional point to point transportation mode and hub-and-spoke distribution mode. The total time satisfaction is defined though considering the quantity of materials as the weight of time satisfaction. The model considers quantity and arrived time of emergency materials, and has the real significance to the reasonable transportation of emergency materials, and improves the total time satisfaction. A simulated annealing algorithm imbedding with linear programming algorithm is proposed to solve the problem based on the characteristics of the model. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate the efficiency of the model and algorithm.
