为揭示螺旋锥齿轮真实齿面粗糙度与失油啮合条件下乏油寿命间的关系,根据微分几何与啮合原理,计算啮合点的弹流润滑参数;建立考虑齿面粗糙度影响的弹流膜厚方程.借助有限元方法求解Reynolds方程得到啮合过程中各啮合点的法向正压力和弹流润滑中心油膜厚度;通过修正螺旋锥齿轮光滑齿面的乏油寿命预测公式。计算不同粗糙度表面参数下的螺旋锥齿轮乏油寿命,分析粗糙度表面参数对其寿命的影响规律。结果表明,结果表明.失油条件下齿面啮合乏油润滑寿命较短,在合适的范围内,增大齿面粗糙度能提高乏油寿命,且相对光滑齿面,粗糙接触齿面油膜分布较均匀。
In order to research the relationship between the starved lubrication life of spiral bevel gear drive and the roughness of gear, based on the differential geometry and meshing principles, the elastohydrodynamic lubrication parameters were calculated.The equation of elastohydrodynamic film thickness was established with consideration of the surface rough- ness of gear, and by using finite element analysisis (FEA) method to solve Reynolds equation, the normal pressure of the meshing points and the film thickness of the lubrication center during meshing was obtained respectively.By correcting the starved lubrication life prediction formula of smooth surface of spiral bevel gear, the starved lubrication life of the spiral bevel gear with different roughness was calculated, and the law of influence of different roughness on starved lubrication life was analyzed.The results show that the starved lubrication life of spiral bevel gear drive is short and can be prolonged by a proper increase of the roughness of the tooth surface, and compared with a smooth tooth surface, the rough tooth surface has more uniform film distribute.
