通过对腐蚀钢板的拉伸试验,研究表征参数与力学性能的关系,分析不同锈蚀程度钢材破坏形态、应力-应变关系的 差异,发现锈蚀钢板表面形貌对钢板力学性能退化有-定影响,比如随着腐蚀程度增加,屈服平台长度缩短,甚至逐渐消 失等. 研究表明:锈蚀率、局部腐蚀深度及蚀坑的相对尺寸是影响锈蚀钢材拉伸性能的主要因素,并在试验结果分析基础 上,建立与表面形貌相关的锈蚀钢板力学性能退化模型,揭示锈蚀钢板力学性能的退化规律,为钢结构加固设计提供应用参考.
Through the monotonic tensile tests of steel, the failure p attern and the stress-strain curve of steel in different corrosion degrees were compared. I t is found that the surface characteristics of the corroded steel plate have certain influence on the mechanical properties of the steel plate. For example, the larger the corrosion ratio, the shor ter significantly the yield platform length got, and even the yield platform of some individual specimens gradually disappeared. The research shows that the corrosion ratio of steel, the local corrosion depth and the relative size of the corrosion pits are the main factors that influence the monotonic tensile properties of corroded steel. According to the variation of mechanical properties of corroded steel with different parameters,the constitutive model of multi parameters of corroded steel in neutral salt spray environment was established, which revealed the degradation rule of corroded steel in material performance and provided application reference for reinforcement design of aging steel structure.
