为探讨悬沙对仔蟹的影响,以三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)仔蟹为受试生物,研究不同悬沙浓度(0、50、100、500、1 000和5 000 mg L-1)下I期仔蟹的成活率、RNA/DNA比率和DNA损伤情况.结果表明,低浓度悬沙(≤500 mg L-1)对仔蟹无明显影响,高浓度悬沙(≥1000 mg L-1)对仔蟹的成活率几乎无影响,但会延迟仔蟹蜕壳变态的时间,降低RNA/DNA比率,导致彗星细胞的拖尾率、尾长和尾矩显著上升.可见,RNA/DNA比率和DNA损伤指标能够有效评估悬沙对仔蟹的影响.
Effects of suspended solids(SS) on the survival rate,RNA/DNA ratio and DNA damage of Marsupenaeus japonicus juvenile crab were investigated in this study.The results indicated that the juvenile crabs were not sensitive to the lower concentration SS(≤ 500 mg L-1).Furthermore,the survival ratio of juvenile crabs was not significantly different in the higher concentration SS groups(≥ 1 000 mg L-1).But the RNA/DNA ratio decreased,and the DNA damage parameters as comet cell rate,tail length and tail moment increased dramatically in the high concentration SS groups.Our results suggested that the parameters of RNA/DNA ratio and DNA damage were the effective biomarkers for assessing the effects of SS on the juvenile crab.
