炎症体是宿主细胞应对内、外源危险信号的应答平台。近年来,越来越多的证据显示非骨髓来源组织细胞(如角质细胞、脂肪细胞等)胞内也有炎症体及炎症体相关蛋白的表达,且这些非骨髓来源细胞胞内炎症体在相应的信号刺激下也可以活化发挥相应的功能。本文将综述炎症体在组织非骨髓来源细胞通过识别危险信号和启动机体免疫应答,对过敏性疾病、自身免疫病和肿瘤等发生发展具有的作用。
The inflammasome is a molecular platform responsible for inflammatory response upon diverse inflammation-inducing stimuli, pathogen-associated molecular patterns(PAMPs) and damage-associated molecular patterns(DAMPs). In recent years, more and more papers have demonstrated inflammasomes are also expressed and operational in non-bone marrow-derived cells(eg: keratinocytes, adipocyte, etc). Here we review the roles of inflammasomes expressed by non-bone marrow-derived cells in the pathogenesis of allergic and autoimmune diseases and tumor, such as recognizing danger signals, and triggering the immune response.
