企业组织如何通过重新部署资源获取新的能力,如何对组织能力进行整合以满足动态变化环境提出的新需求从而最终取得竞争优势,是当前组织竞争优势理论所要探讨的首要问题之一,而组织知识恰恰是解决这一问题的关键。通过对以往知识管理研究的梳理,确定了企业组织知识的六个特征;同时从哲学视角和信息视角探究组织知识的演变过程,为企业组织的知识创造过程及其管理研究提供理论基础。
It is the first matter being discussed in current organizational competitive advantage theory that how organizations redeploy resources to gain competence and organizations integrate competence to meet the demands which the dynamic environment advances, whereas organizational knowledge is essential. This paper illuminates six characters of organizational knowledge after reviewing the past studies of knowledge. Then the paper explores the process of knowledge evolvement from philosophic perspective and informational perspective .The paper provides the theoretic basis for future studies.
