我们利用溶剂热的方法,合成了ZnS以及ZnS:Mn^2+纳米粒子.并利用X射线衍射、透射电镜、光致发光等测试手段对样品的结构和光学性能进行了表征.结果表明,Mn^2+以替代Zn^2+的方式进入到了ZnS晶格当中,并且随着Mn^2+掺杂量的增加,样品的晶粒尺寸明显减小.从PL谱图可以清楚看到黄光的发射光谱,其伴随着Mn^2+离子3d壳层内部的^4T^1-^6A^1转变.
By means of the solvothennal method, we prepared ZnS and ZnS : Mn2 + (3 % ) nanoparticles. The structure and optical properties of the samples were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and photoluminescence (PL). The results showed that the Mn^2+ ions were substitutionally incorporated into the ZnS host for the ZnS:Mn^2+ (3%) nanoparticles and the size of the particles was decreased as the Mn doped-ratio increased. The yellow-orange emission was observed in PL spectra which was associated with the ^4T^1_^6A^1 transition within the 3 d shell of Mn^2+ .
