本文对一台低速轴流压气机的转子尾迹流场进行了三维动态测量,结果显示,在靠近失速过程中,转子叶顶尾迹中出现了0.5BPF的叶顶泄漏流特征频率且其功率随流量减小而增大,同时1BPF频带的功率降低;在叶顶喷气扩稳状态下,0.5BPF和1BPF的功率分别减弱和恢复,这种反向变化验证了转子尾迹非定常特征与压气机稳定性的规律性关联,为失稳机理和扩稳策略的研究提供了新的参考。
This paper presents three-dimensional unsteady measurements on rotor wake of a low-speed axial compressor.Results with smooth casing showed that as the mass flow rate decreasing,power of the tip leakage flow unsteady frequency around 0.5 times of BPF(blade passing frequency)gradually increased and power of the 1BPF decreased at the same time.With tip air injection,power of the 0.5BPF was weaken and power of the 1BPF was strengthen and the changes were proportional to the stall margin improvement of the compressor.The phenomena found in this work provide a new reference to the investigation on stall mechanism and stability control strategy of axial compressors.
