随着电网的建设和快速发展,对于华东电网,电网的无功需求越来越大。目前华东的电厂都已纳入到AVC的控制中,电厂AVC子站的性能对全网电压调节的影响日益增加。文中提出了基于一体化电网控制数字仿真技术建立电厂AVC子站的检定系统,通过检测平台对AVC子站的无功电压控制算法和软件功能进行检测,在投入闭环控制前可以发现AVC子站的不足,从而提高华东电网自动电压控制的整体品质。
With further construction and rapid development of the power grid, the East China power grid has an increasing demand for reactive power. At present, all the power plants in East China have been incorporated into the control system of AVC, thus the AVC substation of one power plant has increasing impacts on the voltage regulation of the whole power grid. This paper presents a detection system of power plant AVC substations based on the integrated power grid digital simulation technology; which can evaluate the voltage control algorithms and software functions beforehand so that shortcoming of AVC substations can be detected and overcome before the close-loop control so as to improve the whole quality of automatic voltage control of the power grid.
