根据中国典型的城乡二元经济结构特征,在城市经济一般均衡模型的基础上,将资源环境要素纳入生产函数,从理论上首次推导了资源环境约束下的城市化水平的一般均衡模型。利用江西省1989-2008年的时间序列进行实证研究,结果显示：在考虑资源环境约束条件下,江西省农村人口向城市部门转移达到稳定状态下的均衡城市化水平为79.23%。在分析实证结果的基础上,就江西省城市化发展提出相应的政策建议。

According to China＇s typical dual-economic structure characteristics,resources and environment elements are taken into the production function on the basis of the general equilibrium model of urban economy which was developed by Black and Henderson（1999） ,and the general equilibrium urbanization model and the optimal path model of equilibrium in theory are derived for the first time.The empirical research on time-series data of Jiangxi province from 1989-2008 indicates that the general equilibrium level of urbanization in Jiangxi is 79.23 percent.Based on the analysis of the empirical results,suggestions on urbanization construction in Jiangxi are put forward.
