小孔加工是电火花加工的重要应用领域之一,然而,在实际应用中,我们发现随着加工深度的增加,材料去除率越来越低,加工速度也越来越慢,甚至无法加工,此外,小孔的形位精度越来越差,容易出现加工锥度,无法满足现代社会机械加工中高精度,高质量,高效率的要求。通过对削边电极的制备过程进行介绍,用不同直径的圆柱电极和削边电极加工不同厚度和不同材料的工件,改变加工电参数,比较加工速度的快慢;用Gambit建立仿真模型,用Fluent仿真软件研究削边电极和圆柱电极的速度场、压力场,并且对图像进行处理分析。

However, it was founded that with the increasing of the drilling depth, material removal rate is more and more low, and the processing is becoming more and more slow, even will not be able to process ; in addition, the precision of holes is becoming worse and worse, prone to machining taper, unable to meet modern society mechanical processing of high precision, high quality, high efficiency requirements. Through the cutting edge electrode preparation process is introduced, with different diameter cylindrical electrode and edge electrode machining workpieces of different thickness and different material, it changes parameters, comparison of the fast processing speed; Simulation model is established by using Gambit, and chamfered edge electrode were studied with Fluent simulation software and cylindrical electrode of the velocity field, pressure field, and to deal with image analysis.
