基于三轴数控机床的空间误差模型,使用三维步距规识别数控机床空间几何误差。运用三维体积位置精度测量的思想,分步测量得到数控机床在指定离散位置的误差。将各个误差元表示为各个运动轴位置的多项式函数,配合误差模型,可辨识出机床的全部21项几何误差。
Based on error model, the three dimension-stop gauge was used to identify the space errors of CNC machine tools. The three dimensional volume position precision measurement method was adopted to measure the specified discrete position error of CNC machine tools by step. Considering every error elements to be as polynomial function of every moving axis' position, cooperating with the error model, then we can identify all the 21 geometric errors of CNC machine tools.
