In clinical application of TCM Herbal Paste, the following aspects should also be paid attention to ： （1）The applicability of the TCM Herbal Paste. Large number of greasy herbal medicines is usually added in the TCM Herbal Paste, which may indirectly promote the growth of Cancer cells. Therefore, correct use of the paste is based on the conditions of patients and should be follow doctor＇s advices. （2）The preparation and use of TCM Herbal Paste is a relatively complex tusk clinically, which should be fulfilled according to the dynamic changes of the Tumor. （3）The mechanism research on TCM Herbal Paste, which is based on evidence-based medicine, should be further carried out.
