基于多相综合矢量法推导出的非对称三相绕组异步电动机的暂态数学模型,对异步电动机定子绕组匝间短路故障进行了数字仿真,并进行了相关实验。对定子电流进行park矢量模平方变换,导出了定子绕组故障特征频率。运用park矢量法对绕组故障进行图象识别,并定义了描述绕组故障严重程度的特征因子。实验证明上述方法能够准确检测出异步电动机定子绕组故障,为实现防爆电机故障的在线诊断提供了理论依据。
Base on the mathematical model of induction motors with the method of the generalized muhiphase synthetic vector, the numerical simulation and relevant experiments of the stator winding inter - turn short circuit fauh in induction motors has been accomplished. We adopt the park's vector and the spectrnm analysis of the square of the park's vector modulus to diagnose the stator windings faults. Severity factor of the faults has been defined. The experiment result demonstrates the effectiveness of the method, offering the theoretical support for on - line diagnosing the fault in explosion motor.
