对黄芪药材不同极性部位进行指纹图谱对比研究。采用HPLC法分别对10批黄芪药材的5个提取部位研究,流动相乙腈-水溶液梯度洗脱。建立10批不同产地黄芪中5种极性部位的模式指纹图谱。首次鉴别7个主要指标成分。方法准确可靠,为全面控制药材质量提供了一种方法。
The chromatographic fingerprints of different polarities from Radix Astragali and five extracts from 10 batches of Radix Astragali were studied. The mobile phase underwent ACN and H2O, gradient elution and the mode was established for the fingerprints of the five extracts from the 10 batches of Radix Astragali and seven main index components were identified for the first time. The method was accurate and reliable and the study may contribute to the quality control of Radix Astragali.
