对高校教师职业能力进行客观、全面的量化评价是职称评审、岗位考核、绩效考评的关键环节。本文引入智能优化方法中的多目标理论,基于非劣排序与层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)来建立多层评价指标体系,在一级指标构成的子目标层采用多目标优化的非劣排序,而在二级指标和三级指标构成的准则层采用层次分析法,有利于全方面、多元化地比较与评定教师。
Objective, quantitative evaluation on Professional competence of university teachers is comprehensive title re-view, the key to job evaluation, performance evaluation. This paper introduces the intelligent multi-objective optimization methods in theory, based on non-dominated sorting and AHP (analytic hierarchy process, AHP) to establish a multi-evalua-tion system, the target layer in the sub-level indicators consisting of multi-objective optimization using non-inferiority sort, and in the secondary indicators and criteria layer formed using three indicators AHP favor all aspects, compared with the as-sessment of a wide range of teachers.
