Linbo Qiao received the MS and BS degrees in computer science and technology from the National University of Defense Technology (NUDT), China, in 2012 and 2010, respectively. He is currently pursuing the PhD degree in computer science and technology in NUDT. He worked as a research assistantwith the SEEM, Chinese University of Hong Kong, from May 2014 to October 2014. His research interests include structured sparse learning, and online and distributed optimization. Bofeng Zhang received the PhD degree in computer science from the National University of Defense Technology (NUDT), China, in 2007. He is currently an associate professor with College of Computer, National University of Defense Technology. His current research interests include computer networks, informationsecurity, data mining, and machine learning algorithms. Xieheng Lu received the BS degree in computer science from Harbin Military Engineering Institute, China, in 1970. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Massachusetts from 1982 to 1984. He is now a professor at the College of Computer, National University of Defense Technology (NUDT), China. He has servedas a member of editorial boards of several journals and co- chaired many professional conferences. He is an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering since 1999. His research interests include distributed computing, computer networks, parallel computing, etc. Jinshu Su received the BS degree in mathematics from Nankai University, China, in 1985 and the MS and PhD degrees in computer science from the National University of Defense Technology, China, in 1988 and 2000, respectively. He is currently a professor with the College of Computer, NUDT.His research interests include network architecture and Internet routing and security.
