By using method of statistics, the best factors of CO2 supercritical extraction have been got. The result shows ： the temperature and pressure of extraction are 46 ℃ and 25 MPa, the temperature and pressure of separation 1 are 50 ℃ and 7 MPa, the time of extraction is 3 h. We found when the 5% - 10% alcohol as reagent was put in propolis, it can increase the rate of CO2 supercritical extraction of propolis. Simultaneity, the method of CO2 supercritical extraction can eliminate plumbum in propolis, but it can not enrich flavonoid in propolis.
