Cui Qimei, associate professor, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China. She got PhD. degree of corrrnunication engineering in BUFf in June, 213136. Her research interests concentrate on wireless networking, cooperative corrrnunications and location for universial wireless networks. She has published more than 50 papers and applied for more than 30 patents in China. Deng armgang, received the B.S. degree in Communication Engineering fi'om Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China in 2011. He is now studying for the master degree in the Key Laboratory of Universal Wireless Communications of Ministry of Education in China. His research area mainly focuses on compressive sensing and the signal processing algo- rithrns in wireless localization. Zhang Xuefei, received her B.S. degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUFF), Beijing, China, in 2010. She is currently working toward the M.S. degree in Wireless Technology Innovation Institute and Key Laboratory of Universal Wireless Corrrnunications (Ministry of Education), BUPT. Her research specializes in cooperative wireless localization, spectrum sensing, etc.
