This paper introduces two contradictory network structures,network range and network cohesion,which is based on the existing work about the argument of sparse network and intensive network,and examines their interactive effect and differentiated impact on entrepreneurial opportunity exploitation and venture growth. Results show that entrepreneurs＇ network range has a positive effect on entrepreneurial opportunity exploitation,but not on venture growth; entrepreneurs＇ network cohesion,respectively,has a positive moderating role on the relationship between network range and opportunity exploitation,and venture growth.
