采用烟气分析仪、X射线衍射分析等测试手段研究了物料还原性对高温固硫物相形成的影响。探讨了物料还原性对硫酸钙分解以及对硫铝酸钙的形成和高温稳定性的影响。结果表明:在1 200℃以上,物料还原性对硫酸钙的分解有明显的促进作用;物料还原性缩小了硫铝酸钙的高温稳定区域;高还原性煤渣中硫铝酸钙的最佳形成温度为1 100℃。
The influence of material reduction on the formation and high temperature stability of calcium sulphoaluminate、the decomposition of calcium sulfate was investigated by means of flue gas analyzer,X-ray diffraction and chemical analysis.The results show that material reduction can significantly promote the decomposition of calcium sulfate above 1 200 ℃,and narrow the high temperature stable region of calcium sulphoaluminate;besides,the optimal formation temperature of calcium sulphoaluminate is 1 100 ℃ in the high reductive material.
