为实现软硬物理制造资源的全面互联、感知与反馈控制,并将物理制造资源转化为逻辑制造资源,解除物理制造资源与制造应用服务之间的紧耦合,以支持资源高利用率、高敏捷性、高可靠、高安全、高可用的虚拟云制造服务环境,分析了云制造资源虚拟化的相关技术,提出了云制造资源虚拟化框架,论述了虚拟化支持下的云制造关键技术。指出云制造资源虚拟化能够实现更全面和更深入的软硬资源共享;能够形成具有高扩展性和灵活伸缩性的大规模虚拟资源云池;能够按需动态敏捷调配资源,获得资源高利用率并实现节能降耗;能够支持高可靠、高安全的多主体协同运行;能够支持全生命周期用户按需获取普适化的高可用服务操作环境。
As a key technology of Cloud Manufacturing(CMfg),resource virtualization leveraged Internet of Things(IoT),Cyber-Physical System(CPS),and computing virtualization to achieve intelligent perception and control of all kinds of physical manufacturing resources,which could be transformed into logic resources so as to decouple physical elements from application services.Resource virtualization targeted to support a virtual service environment for CMfg with high efficiency,agility,reliability,security,and usability.Relevant technologies of CMfg resource virtualization were analyzed.And a layered framework for resource virtualization in CMfg was proposed.It was also pointed out that CMfg resource virtualization could realize overall resource sharing,obtain higher resource utilization rate and reduce energy consumption.It supported collaboration operation of multi-Agent with high reliability and security.It also provided satisfactory service operation environment for overall product lifecycle users.
