为了分析隧道在已有桥桩附近施工时对桥桩产生的影响,依托深圳市葵坝路隧道下穿高速公路桥梁段,采用三维有限差分法研究隧道动态施工引起的地表沉降以及桥梁桩基变形的规律,将数值模拟结果与现场监测结果进行对比分析,验证本文方法的正确性和有效性。为了进一步得到控制地表沉降和桥桩变形的最优注浆加固方案,通过改变注浆范围提出不进行注浆加固、原注浆加固以及优化后的注浆加固3种方案,并对这3种加固方案下地表沉降和桥桩变形进行对比分析。研究结果表明:优化后的注浆加固方案不但能够有效控制地表沉降和桥桩位移,而且能减小注浆范围,是最佳注浆加固方案。
To study the effect of tunnel construction on the existing bridge piles, the settlement of strata and bridge piles deformation caused by tunnel construction were investigated by using three-dimensional finite difference method. Taking Kuiba Road Tunnel which traverses highway bridge piles in Shenzhen as research background, the correctness and validity of the method were verified by comparing the numerical simulation results with the in-situ monitoring results. To obtain the optimal grouting reinforcement scheme of controlling the settlement of strata and bridge piles deformation, three different schemes were proposed by changing the grouting range, such as without grouting reinforcement, the original grouting reinforcement and optimized grouting reinforcement. The settlement of strata around piles and bridge piles deformation using the three schemes of grouting reinforcement were compared and analyzed. The results show that the optimized grouting reinforcement scheme not only can control the settlement of strata and bridge piles deformation, but also decrease the grouting range, and therefore it is the best grouting reinforcement scheme.
