本文采用化学合成法,分别在十六胺溶液中及十六胺有机膜上生成HAP,研究了十六胺在不同矿化时间及矿化液浓度下对HAP晶体形貌的影响,研究表明在十六胺有机膜上可以长出片状HAP晶体,延长矿化时间促进晶体生长,提高矿化液浓度将使HAP晶体生长致密,晶体片层尺寸变小。在十六胺溶液中生长的HAP为羽翼状薄片,结晶度较低,为多晶体聚集物。TEM选区电子衍射表明有机膜上生长的HAP生长有一定的取向性,晶体结构不完整。XRD测试结果显示,在十六胺溶液中的生成物为主要为HAP,结晶度较低,而在在十六胺有机模上生长的HAP较为纯净。
In this paper HAP was prepared by the methods of chemical synthesis respectively in solution in the presence of hexadecylamine and on the organic film of hexadecylamine. The effect of mineralization time and hexadecylamine concentration on the morphology and microstructure of hdyroxyapatite crystals was studied by SEM and TEM. The results showed that flake HAP grown up on the hexadecylamine film, and mineralization time and ions concentration affected the growth greatly. HAP crystals size would reduce and grew more densely with higher hexadecylamine concentration in solution and it would promote the growth of HAP crystals when mineralization time was prolonged. In the solution the HAP crystals had lower low crystallization level and are polymer crystals, showed flake crystal. The TEM selected area electron diffraction pattern of crystals grown on film of hexadecylamine showed that the growth of HAP crystals have favourite orientation and the crystal structure was not completed. The result of XRD pattern of production in the solution was mainly HAP which had lower crystallization and the purify of production on the film of hexadecylamine was high.
