工业排放物用作掺合料加入泡沫混凝土中不仅节约资源,而且可以改善泡沫混凝土的性质。通过实验研究了钢渣粉煤灰泡沫混凝土的热工性质,并对结果进行了分析。结果表明:随着泡沫混凝土密度的增大,导热系数增大,比热容增大,温度传导性减小;同种密度泡沫混凝土随着钢渣含量的增加,导热系数增大,比热容减小,温度传导性增大;密度可以作为衡量泡沫混凝土隔热性及耐火性的指标;泡沫混凝土孔隙率与密度呈线性关系。因此,两者复合用作泡沫混凝土的掺合料时,热工性质较好。
Industrial emissions used as admixture in foam concrete not only save resources, but also improve the properties of foam concrete. In this paper the thermal properties of steel slag fly ash foamed concrete was studied through experiments, and the results were analyzed. The results show that with the increasing of densi-ty thermal conductivity and specific heat increase, temperature conductivity decreases. For the same density with the increasing of the steel slag thermal conductivity and temperature conductivity increase, specific heat decreases. Density can be used as an index measuring the property of foam concrete insulation and fire resist-ance. The porosity is linear to the density of foam concrete. It shows that the composite admixture’ s thermal properties are good.
