纺织业是我国具有比较优势的传统产业,但近年来,我国纺织业面临劳动力成本上升、节能减排、国际竞争加剧等问题,国际竞争力在逐渐减弱,产业升级的压力巨大。世界上能够顺利实现产业升级的国家是较少的,本文通过比较美国、日本、德国、法国、英国、意大利、韩国七个国家纺织服装产业的升级情况,对这几个国家的产业升级路径、升级模式、技术创新、品牌运营等方面的异同点进行分析,并与中国进行比较,从而得出对我国纺织产业升级的启示,包括注重产业转移,自主创新、模仿创新和集成创新相结合,建设亚洲区域品牌等。
Textile industry is a traditional comparative advantage industry in our country. However, in recent years, the international competitiveness of China textile industry is gradually weakened with increasing labor cost, energy conservation, and fierce international competition. So industrial upgrading is particularly important. However, few country upgrade their industry in the world. In this paper, we compare the upgrading of textile and apparel industry in seven countries which are United States, Japan, Germany, France, Britain, Italy and South Korea. Through analyzing these countries' similarities and differences on upgrading paths, upgrade mode, technical innovation, operation brand and other aspects, we conclude that China textile industry should lay emphasis on the industry shift, the combination among independent innovation, imitative innovation and integrated innovation and Asian brand construction to promote upgrading.
