电网拓扑结构变更后快速更新最小断点集是提高在线整定计算速度的关键方法之一。文中提出了一种适用于任意拓扑结构变更的最小断点集更新方法。该方法根据线路投退和母联开关开合后简单回路变化的特性,推导了断点的演化规律,并将此规律映射为保护关联矩阵的相关计算,从而实现了最小断点集的快速更新。同时,在任意拓扑结构变更的情况下,该方法均能保证更新后的断点集为最小(或极小)断点集。以某省级电网500kV线路网络为算例,结果表明了所述方法的正确性和有效性。
Quickly updating the minimum break point set (MBPS) is one of the key methods of improving the computing speed of on-line coordination during grid topology change. A method for updating the MBPS applicable to arbitrary topology change is proposed. According to the variation characteristic of the simple loop after the line commissioning and outage or bus-tie switch open and close, the evolution law of the break point is deduced. And then the evolution law is transformed to the calculation of the relay incidence matrix. So the MBPS can be fast updated based on this method. At the same time, the method proposed can give the minimum (or minimal) break point set whatever the arbitrary topology change. The 500 kV network of a provincial grid is used as a case study to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
