To solve the inter-cell interference problem in LTE systems,an inter-cell interference suppression algorithm is proposed based on the channel sounding symbols（CSS）.By adding CSS in the LTE TDD downlink subframe to realize the access control,The algorithm can reject the access of the user who causes strong interference to the network so that the entire network can be kept in an acceptable interference status.The simulation results have shown that the algorithm can significantly increase the throughput of cell edge users with the least impact on the throughput of cell center users.
