以给定载荷和转速的滑动轴承为对象,基于统一Reynolds方程法建立润滑分析模型,研究几种分布形式的表面织构对润滑性能的影响。数值计算结果显示:织构分布对轴承偏心率和最小厚度影响显著,合理的部分分布织构明显改善轴承的润滑性能:存在最佳织构深度使得不同分布的织构润滑效果最优;矩形凹槽、矩形凹坑、圆形凹坑的织构分布中.矩形凹槽润滑效果最好;沿圆周方向单列矩形凹槽的润滑效果优于多列矩形凹坑;表面织构在高速、轻载时改善润滑的效果明显。
Based on the unified Reynolds equation approach, the lubrication model of journal effects of different surface textures on lubrication performance were investigated.The simulation bearing was developed, the results show that distribu- tion of surface texture has a great effect on the eccentricity and film thickness.Appropriate distribution of partial surface texture can improve lubrication performance of bearing.The texture depth greatly affects lubrication performance, and there exists the optimum depth which leads to best lubrication performance.The lubrication performance of rectangular groove is better than others such as rectangular dent, dimple; the lubrication performance of circumferential single column rectangu- lar groove in circumferential direction is better than that of multi-columns rectangular dents ; the effect of the surface texture on improving lubrication is more obvious at high speed and light load.
