分布式能源并网难一直是困扰其发展的重要原因,是涉及到分布式能源用户、电网公司、政策和市场等多因素的复杂系统.应用多Agent建模理论,对分布式能源主体和电网主体的微观属性和行为进行分析,建立分布式能源并网时二者的利益博弈仿真模型.分析在并网不上网和并网上网模式下,分别采取电价补贴策略、环境效益策略和规模效益策略实现双赢的行为调整过程及边界条件,以此为制定科学合理的分布式能源并网策略提供依据,为分布式能源并网政策的进一步细化提供参考.
Grid-connected problem for distributed energy system has always been an important cause obstructing its development. It is a complex system involving distributed energy system users, power grid corporations, policies, the market and so on. By multi-agent modeling theory, this paper analyzes the microscopic properties and behaviors of the distributed energy system agent and power grid corporation agent, then builds a simulation mode of the game between them in a grid-connected operation. In grid-connected and grid-uploaded patterns, the strategies of price subsidy, environmental benefit and scale benefit are analyzed to find out the behavior adjustment process and boundary conditions for a win-win situation. The conclusions references for scientific and reasonable grid-connected strategy and further refinement of grid-connected policy for distributed energy system.
