本文采用Ansys Fluent计算流体软件对抽油烟机的内部流场进行数值模拟,通过改变多翼离心风机蜗壳宽度和倾斜蜗舌的尺寸、型式,研究了蜗壳结构对抽油烟机气动性能以及比A声压级的影响。研究结果显示:在给定范围内存在最佳蜗壳宽度,使得抽油烟机的比A声压级最小,而气动性能变化不大;两种不同的倾斜蜗舌型式都能够有效地降低抽油烟机的气动噪声,但是倾斜蜗舌二的降噪效果更好;在采用倾斜蜗舌降噪时,蜗舌倾角越大降噪效果越好。
Numerical simulations of the flow field in a range hood were carried out using ANSYS FLUENT. Different volutes widths, wdutes tongue sizes and shapes were generated to study the influence of volute configuration on the aerodynamic performance and specific A-weighted sound pressure level of the range hood. The results show that there exists an optimal volute width corresponding to the lowest specific A-weighted sound pressure level without an evident change in aerodynamic performance. The aerodynamic noise of rang hood can be reduced effectively hy two types of inclined volute tongue, but the effect of the second type is hetter. Additionally, the greater the inclined angle becomes the lower noise the fan.
