研究了凝肢体系中乙二胺四乙酸(H2EDTA)及其Na^+、K^+、Mg^2+盐对肾结石矿物草酸钙(CaOxa)晶体生长的影响。它们均能抑制一水草酸钙(COM)的生长,减少COM的比表面积,并诱导二水草酸钙(COD)生成,其相对能力依次为:MgEDTA〉K2EDTA〉Na2EDTA〉H2EDTA。从混合络合平衡、溶液pH、静电作用和吸附能力等角度讨论了上述结果的化学基础,表明MgEDTA有可能成为尿石的有效防石药物。
The effect of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (H2 EDTA) and its Na^+、K^+、Mg^2+ salts on the crystallization of calcium oxalate (CaOxa) was investigated in silica gel with a double diffusion technique. H2EDTA and all its salts could inhibit the aggregation of calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM), decrease the specific surface area of COM aggregates and induce the formation of calcium oxalate dihydrate (COD). The relative ability follows the order: MgEDTA 〉 K2EDTA 〉 Na2EDTA 〉 H2EDTA. This result was dicussed in terms of mixed complexation equilibria, the pH value of solution, electrostatic interaction and adsorption efficiency. It demonstrated that MgEDTA might be beneficial to the prevention and cure of urinary stones.
