The use of spatial analysis in mountain biodiversity conservations as a new research tool had grown tremendously over past year. This paper proposed a strategy called multi-layers ontologies which based on Mereotopology and location theory. This strategy could not only store & maintain biodiversity resource efficiently, but also could qualitative spaiial reasoning of mountain resource in dynamic GIS. A case study in this application domain of EMEI mountain biodiversity conservations involving was examined closely.
